STEP 1. ARRIVE IN REGISTRATION POINT

1. When registering, an applicant submits an application (filled in at the registration point together with an employee of the registration point) of his choice in one of the state languages ​​of the Republic of Belarus - Russian or Belarusian.

You must have with you an identity document (passport, residence permit, refugee certificate), or a certificate issued in case of loss (theft) of an identity document.

If the applicant cannot personally arrive at the registration point for a good reason(illness, participation in international competitions and competitions, business trip or other circumstances beyond the control of the applicant, documented) documents for registration for participation in centralized testing are submitted by legal representatives of underage applicants (upon presentation of identification documents and confirming the status of a legal representative, and also copies of the applicant's identity document certified by a notary) or representatives of applicants acting on the basis of a power of attorney certified by a notary or an authorized official (upon presentation of identification documents, as well as a copy of the applicant's identity document certified by a notary).

STEP 2. RECEIVE A PERSONAL ACCOUNT FROM THE REGISTRATION POINT WORKER AND MAKE PAYMENT

Important! The amount of the registration fee for participation in the DT is 2 rubles. 30 kopecks (0.1 base value - 23 rubles).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING PARTICIPATION IN THE VT

It is necessary to pay the registration fee through the "Settlement" system (ERIP - a single settlement and information space) using bank payment cards in payment and reference terminals (info kiosks), payment terminals and ATMs, cash settlement centers of banks, using Internet banking, mobile banking, as well as in cash at the cash desks of any bank.

To make a payment you need:

1) choose:

RIKZ;

Centralized testing;

2) enter the personal account you received at the registration point;

3) make sure that the surname, name and patronymic of the applicant, transmitted by the "Settlement" system and displayed on the screen of the payment terminal, computer or mobile phone (depending on how you make the payment) correspond to your surname, name and patronymic. In case of discrepancy (this is possible if you made a mistake when entering your personal account), cancel the current action and start the payment process again;

4) make a payment.

Important!

  • If you are making a payment at the bank's cash desk, please inform the cashier about the need to make a payment through the "Settlement" system (ERIP).
  • In the case of payment in cash, banks may charge you a commission for accepting cash. In this case, check the amount of the commission with the bank.

REGISTRATION FOR THE DH FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS

In accordance with paragraph 12 of the Regulations, applicants from among foreign citizens, stateless persons and citizens of the Republic of Belarus permanently residing on the territory of foreign states can send a copy of an identity document and an application by mail to the registration point.

You can pay the registration fee for admission and execution of documents for participation in the CT upon arrival in the Republic of Belarus, but not later than one day before the start of testing in the academic subject, by contacting the registration point to receive a personal account. The original identity document must be presented upon receipt of passes for centralized testing.

According to paragraph 17 of the Rules for the admission of persons for higher education of the 1st stage, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated February 7, 2006 No. 80 “On the rules for the admission of persons for higher education and secondary specialized education”, registration of applicants for participation in centralized testing is carried out with May 2 to June 1 annually.

To register for centralized testing, an applicant must:

1. Apply for participation in centralized testing.

2. Present an identity document or a certificate issued in case of loss (theft) of an identity document.

Where to register?

Can items be changed?

It is not difficult to resolve all issues regarding the replacement of an item with the administrator of the registration point. Even if you paid for participation in the DT and received a pass, within the registration deadlines you can change, for example, physics to chemistry. Can someone else register an applicant for the CT?

Under normal circumstances this is not possible. You can be enrolled in the VU by legal representatives (parents, guardians) if they have a document confirming a good reason for your absence (illness, international competitions and competitions, etc.). By the way, in 2020 this is the rule .

Are 10th graders allowed to take the CT?

Only eleventh-graders and those who have a general secondary education are registered for the DT. This is done in order not to overload the testing points and to adequately assess the level of knowledge of applicants.

When to collect DH certificates?

Certificates will be issued from July 10 at DH venues. If you took the CT at different universities, then you need to go for certificates in each of them. Applicants who will take tests on reserve days will be able to receive certificates from July 13 and only at BSU. Even if you have not scored a threshold score, you will be given a certificate, but the admission committee of the university will not accept it.
